These terms govern your use of babas.uk and any purchase you make from us. Please read them carefully — by using our website you agree to them.

2. Using our website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. All content, images, logos and designs on this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

3. Registering your interest

Registering your interest lets us keep you informed about the Diamond Z and our launch. It does not create a contract, reserve stock, or guarantee a price or availability.

4. Products and pricing

• We aim to describe and show our products accurately, but images and specifications are for illustration and may vary slightly.
• Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Where stated as “VAT included”, this applies once we are VAT registered.
• We may correct any errors in pricing or descriptions, and will let you know before processing an affected order.

5. Orders and contract (once selling)

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you confirmation that your order has been accepted. We may decline an order — for example if an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred.

6. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.

7. Delivery

We deliver across the United Kingdom. Delivery times and costs will be shown before you complete your order.

8. Your right to cancel (consumers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you are a consumer you generally have 14 days from receiving your goods to cancel and return them for a refund, provided they are returned in line with our returns process. Some exceptions apply (for example made-to-order items). Full returns details will be provided at checkout.

9. Faulty goods

Your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms. If goods are faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

10. Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

11. Privacy

We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
